THE ROLE

Due to our increasing work load, we have an opportunity for an Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in on a full-time basis in any of our locations. You will work closely with other conveyancing paralegals and lawyers in a collaborative environment where everyone in the team pitches in to get things done. This role will suit a self-starter with a positive attitude, who wants to be challenged and is looking for an opportunity to grow their career. You will be the first point of contact for all residential conveyancing matters, seeing them right through to settlement. 

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and knowledge of relevant legislation;

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing files from start to finish;

• A client focused mindset;

• Proven organisational and time management skills;

• The ability to work autonomously (with the support of lawyers for complex matters);

• Experience developing referrer networks;

• Experience using PEXA .
