Claudia is a member of our litigation and dispute resolution team and has experience in a board range of litigation matters in both State and Federal jurisdictions. She practices predominantly in the areas of debt recovery, business disputes and estate litigation, but has also spent time working in family law, primarily in property matters.

Claudia’s broad litigation experience has made her a versatile and reliable advocate for her clients. Claudia instills confidence in her clients by providing timely and pragmatic advice that align with their needs and expectations.

Claudia enjoys spending time in good company (relevant to both her work and personal life) and dedicates much of her spare time to the local performing arts community.

LUCIA TAYLOR

Lucia is an Accredited, Mediator, offering professional and impartial mediation services at Keir Steele Waldon Lawyers. With a strong background in family law and business disputes, she specialises in resolving disputes efficiently and collaboratively. 

Lucia is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses find practical solutions through structured mediation. With a focus on family law property disputes, commercial and business conflicts, and estate matters, she guides parties toward mutually beneficial agreements while minimising stress and legal costs.

Mediations are conducted from our professional meeting rooms or via virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all parties involved.

With over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution, Lucia brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every matter, fostering open communication and constructive negotiation.

Tullia Rohrsheim

Having recently graduated with a double degree, Tullia has already distinguished herself with several prestigious academic accolades from QUT, including the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, the Corrs Chambers Westgarth KG Copp Memorial Prize, and the Una Prentice Memorial Prize. These honours reflect Tullia’s dedication to her studies and her genuine passion for the law.

As an emerging lawyer, Tullia is already making a strong impression. Her meticulous research skills and commitment to her clients are delivering results and building lasting trust. She has a particular interest in family law, where her focus on achieving fair and just outcomes helps guide clients through what can often be a complex and emotional process.

Outside of work, Tullia leads an active and well-rounded life. She enjoys a variety of sports including Aus Tag, is an enthusiastic and creative baker, and has a deep love for animals—all of which contribute to her vibrant and balanced approach to life and work.
